Ramstown Group’s plant and equipment capability is delivered through our internal division, SEP Hire, providing both wet hire and dry hire solutions to support civil construction projects across Western Australia.

By maintaining an owned and continuously expanding fleet within the group, we ensure reliable availability, flexibility and seamless integration with on-site delivery. This integrated structure reduces reliance on external suppliers and allows us to maintain greater control over scheduling, safety and productivity throughout the project lifecycle.

SEP Hire exists to directly support Ramstown Group project delivery, ensuring plant and equipment are aligned with scope, program and site requirements, and mobilised efficiently to meet project demands.

Our plant and equipment capability includes:

• Excavators ranging from 1.7t through to 36t, including wheeled excavators

• Skid steer tracked loaders and front end loaders

• Rollers including smooth, padfoot and multi-tyre

• Tipper trucks (6 and 8 wheeler)

• Telehandlers, scissor lifts and EWPs

• Dumpers, flatbeds and water trucks

• Dozers and graders

• Site-spec light vehicles and GPS-equipped machinery

• Power washers, plate compactors and jumping jacks
